How we work
You work directly with the technician who will be on site. There is no national dispatch queue and no call-center script between you and the person doing the work.
We specialize in Fanuc and Syntec controls, which account for most of the downtime we see on 3-axis CNC and imported edgebanders. Diagnosis comes first; parts follow. We stay until the machine is back in production.
Edgebander service is focused on KDT, Giben, and SCM. We also service panel saws and 3-axis CNC across common shop configurations. If the make is unclear, the nameplate on the cabinet and the alarm on the screen are enough to start.
The company is based in Florida and provides service in all 50 U.S. states. Travel is scheduled around the job — it is not a reason to wait on factory service.
