3-axis CNC
We provide on-site service for 3-axis nested routers, gantry machines, and point-to-point CNC — including Anderson machines common in cabinet and closet shops. Typical work includes spindles and collets, vacuum pumps and pods, servo drives, homing, tool changers, and control alarms that keep a machine from producing a part. Fanuc and Syntec are the controls we encounter most often, and the ones we specialize in.

Edgebanders
Edgebander faults affect both quality and throughput: glue systems, feed, pre-mill, end-trim, scraping, and buffing. We specialize in KDT, Giben, and SCM machines, which are widely used in cabinet and closet manufacturing nationwide.

Panel saws
We service beam saws and sliding table saws, including Giben Matic and Prisma-class machines: saw carriages, scoring units, fences, clamps, and controls. Issues with square, scoring, or completing a cut are diagnosed on site so the first operation of the day can resume.
